SEVEN AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS SEP 30th, 2023

يحق لشركة سبعة الحديثة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن) تحصيل عمولة من البائع والتي تحدد بنسبة مئوية 5٪ من قيمة بيع السيارة.

يحق لشركة سبعة الحديثة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن) تحصيل عمولة من المشتري والتي تحدد بنسبة مئوية 5٪ من قيمة شراء السيارة.

يلتزم المشتري بدفع مبلغ (10,000) عشرة الاف ريال سعودي باسم شركة سبعة الحديثة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن) كعربون من قيمة السيارة في حال رسو السيارة عليه، ويخصم هذا المبلغ من إجمالي مبلغ فاتورة السيارة عند إتمام عملية الشراء ؛ كما انه لا يسترد هذا المبلغ إذا أخل المشتري بالشروط والأحكام بعد رسو السيارة عليه ولم يتمم عملية الشراء .

يلزم المزايد بدفع رسوم المضرب مبلغ (1,500) ألف وخمسمائة ريال سعودي شامل مبلغ القيمة المضافة 15% كرسوم ادارية غير مستردة باسم شركة سبعة الحديثة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن).

تلتزم شركة سبعة الحديثة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن) سداد إيرادات البيع للبائع في موعد أقصاه (14) اربعة عشر يوم عمل بعد المزاد، بشرط أن تكون شركة سبعة الحديثة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن) قد استلمت سعر الشراء بالكامل من المشتري؛ ما لم يتم الاتفاق على طريقة بديلة للدفع من قبل شركة سبعة الحديثة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن)، ويجب أن يتم السداد عن طريق التحويل البنكي.

يحق لشركة سبعة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات(سڤن) كمفوض ببيع السلع المعروضة عند "سعر البيع الأدنى المتفق عليه من البائع.

في حال عدم استكمال اجراءات شراء السيارة بعد الترسية يحق لشركة سبعة لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات (سڤن) اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة تجاه المشتري واللجوء الى القضاء وتكون محاكم مدينة الرياض هي المختصة.

The buyer is obligated to pay an amount of (10,000) ten thousand Saudi riyals in the name of Seven Modern Company for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences (Seven) as a deposit of the value of the car in the event that the car is Sold to him, and this amount is deducted from the total amount of the car invoice upon completion of the purchase process; This amount is also not refundable if the buyer violates the terms and conditions after landing the car on him and does not complete the purchase process.

The bidder must pay the participation fee of (1,500) thousand five hundred Saudi riyals, including 15% VAT, as a non-refundable administrative fee in the name of the Modern Seven Company for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences (Seven).

Seven Modern Company for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences (Seven) is committed to paying the sale proceeds to the seller no later than (14) fourteen working days after the auction, provided that Seven Modern Company for Organizing Exhibitions and Conferences (Seven) has received the full purchase price from the buyer; Unless an alternative method of payment has been agreed upon by Seven Modern Exhibitions and Conferences Organizing Company (Seven), payment must be made by bank transfer.

Seven Exhibitions and Conferences Organizing Company (Seven) has the right, as an authorized representative, to sell the offered goods at the “minimum selling price agreed upon by the seller.”

In the event that the car purchase procedures are not completed after the award, Seven Exhibitions and Conferences Organizing Company (Seven) has the right to take the necessary measures against the buyer and resort to the judiciary, and the courts of the city of Riyadh are competent.
